How to get protein if you can't buy meat in the era of inflation in Pakistan?

The rising inflation in Pakistan and the sharp increase in the prices of meat, including chicken, have definitely forced many people to think about alternatives to meat.

But are there really proteins in meat that cannot be replaced by pulses or vegetables or the cheap prices of pulses and vegetables compared to meat have hidden their real value and benefits from the eyes of meat eaters. Can vegetables and pulses really replace meat or do we have to add something more to our diet which can replace meat in terms of nutrition and also provide us with full energy to stay active and energetic? Lets look:

Get protein from pulses, green leafy vegetables and iron from eggs:

Different types of greens including beetroot, cabbage, turnip, spinach, mustard, etc., as well as any green leafy vegetables, apart from egg yolk, we can easily get the required amount of iron.

Get good meat protein from khichdi:

Dal Chawl Khichdi is not only our traditional food but it is also a nutritious food, because some of the amino acid in dal, if it is less, is present in rice and what is not in rice is filled with dal. If we make dal rice khichdi, we get good proteins equal to meat.

Peanuts also have as much nutrition as cashews and chalghoza:

Peanuts are as nutritious as cashews or cashew nuts. Therefore, take whatever fruits your pocket allows.

Experts say that in the growing age of children, we can meet their protein needs with vegetables and pulses, but children need calcium, so green leafy vegetables with milk should be an essential part of children's diet.
